Final

I have been trying to upload my final powerpoint presentation but can't seem to get the final modified one to upload. I have even tried to send it to my email but the file of my powerpoint isn't recognized.

Christmas preparations

I am about done with shopping and packing to go to my sisters cabin in Flagstaff, Az. I am excited to see my family. I hope the weather continues to stay clear of storms until Christmas day. I have been working on my final project for our class and am stuck because I can't seem to up load my modified powerpoint.

It's finally coming to an end!!!

My house disaster is coming to an end, FINALLY! Yehaw ;) I now have access to my computer, internet and was able to turn in my assignments. I am getting ready to go to Flagstaff, AZ for Thanksgiving to my sister's cabin... Can hardly wait!

This past assignment was challenging for me, I am still lost on how to upload videos. I get lost in the middle of one of the steps.???

Still torn apart!

Update.... My house is still torn apart and it's getting old. I am working on a new powerpoint to turn in for the assignment because I am unsure when my computer will be up and running. I am looking forward to the Thanksgiving break~ going to Flagstaff to visit my sis and her adorable kids!

Wedding

I missed our open lab class last week because I attended one of my best friends wedding in Bountiful. I am deemed to always be a bridesmaid not the bride! :p I needed the help of the open lab but it was important not to miss such an important event.

Rain, rain, rain!!!

I am beginning to think we live in OREGON not UTAH... The past few weeks we have had incredible rain/wind storms. Due to all the rain fall, my roof leaked and caused my whole upstairs of my home in need of major repairs. It's been two weeks and my house is still torn apart. The restoration company I went with told me it would take 2-3 days at most... Well 15 days later, I am still in a mess. This has interfered with my powerpoint presentation. I had it all but completed and saved to my computer but my computer is unplugged and wrapped up in bubble wrap, making it impossible to access my assignment. Talk about stress!!! I enjoy the things we are learning in class but not all of it is making sense. I feel like I understand until I get home and am at my computer trying to remember what it is we are suppose to be doing for our next assignment. I think only having class once a week isn't the best way for me to learn and retain. I will try to schedule my classes with this in mind. The instruction is perfect but my mind isn't, ha ha!

Project of taking pictures

I had a difficult time trying to decide on what to take my pictures of. I came up with the idea to use the time of year, Halloween and fall season to help teach students how to count by taking pictures of pumpkins, designs and other fall decorations around Spanish Fork. It was fun and helped me to look around my surroundings and notice things I wouldn't have otherwise.
